The Mini Library is an extension of the Main Library, located in the hostel area since the inception of IIT Gandhinagar Palaj campus. It is open 24/7 round the year and provides the basic facilities of the library, with a seating capacity for 30+ readers, computer systems for accessing online resources, availability of magazines and newspapers, etc. The Mini Library is designed to provide the peace and quiet of the Library reading hall, nearer to the student residential area. The recently introduced services viz ‘Book Exchange- Leave a Book, Take a Book’ and ‘Donating Used Textbooks’ are also operating from the Mini Library.
